In Navajo Nation, near Page, Arizona.
The colors and contours and coolness of Antelope Canyon, one of Arizona’s sandstone slot canyons that you can walk through and see some amazing canyon walls carved by floodwaters and rainwater seepage from the top down. The Navajo name for the Upper Antelope Canyon translates into “the place where water runs through rock.” It’s pretty spectacular…one of the more interesting experiences on the trip to Arizona’s Grand Canyon region.
Solid proof that my camera was woefully inadequate to really capture the true awesomeness of the place.
And even more proof that Mother Nature remains the universe’s greatest sculptor of all time.
