Agua Fresca

In Mexico City, Mexico

Looking up at the top portion of “El Paraguas” at the National Museum of Anthropology in Chapultepec Park. Aside from the beautiful sound the falling water makes as it crashes to the museum’s courtyard floor, and apart from the detailed storytelling carvings along the column, I love the “top-down” concept that gives the sense of a refreshing shower or soothing rainfall versus the standard “bottom up” way most fountains move water around.
