At the small-but-mighty Automotive Museum in Balboa Park, this beauty sits in a bit of a glorified hallway that features a bunch of very cool motorcycles from across the world and spanning several decades. The visual appeal of this Aprilia Moto 6.5, designed by the famous French designer Phillippe Starck in the early 1990s, was undone by its complete lack of performance and build quality. While many will debate whether it’s a good looking machine, it seems unanimous that it was a pretty lame bike to ride. A classic case of style over substance.
