In San Diego, California
The tidal flow (storm surge?) of the Pacific Ocean temporarily lays waste to the sandy beach along the rocky cliffs of Torrey Pines State Beach. This was a couple days after Christmas Day 2022. We went to take a relaxing walk on the beach but Mother Nature had other plans for us. I’ll have to go back and take a shot that shows what the beach “normally” looks like at this spot.
Even though it was more gray, more windy, and more cold than we hoped we’d get for a SoCal beach stroll, the few shots I took still turned out pretty good. And it wasn’t snowing or freezing cold for dead of winter.
